Pedals
My pedal does not fit the hinge area.
Due to variations in the plastic molding process, our pedals are designed for a "snug" fit. There may be instances where you will need to move the pedal in a rocking motion to get it seated into the hinge area.
My pin is difficult to remove.
The pin is pressed into the right side of the plastic housing. A good solid hit with a center punch will force it out of its press fit. Another option is to place the punch and using an overhead press(if one is available) and slowly press the hinge pin out.
I still have not received my order, what is taking so long?
Once you have placed your order, PedalMasters sends 2 emails, an ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (confirms receipt of your order) and a SHIPPING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT (confirming your shipmenet).
You can check the progress of your order via the tracking number found in your Shipping Acknowledgement
Warranty
If I use your products in my system, will it VOID my warranty?
It is not our position to state whether the integration will void your Original Equipment Manufacturers warranty. PedalMasters advises you to consult or contact your OEM warranty before integrating any products.
Order Acknowledgment
All orders shall be acknowledged by our customer service department within 24 hours. This order acknowledgment shall include your order number, purchased items and anticipated order ship date.Shipping
All shipments usually ship within 24 hours of order acknowledgment.The default method of shipping is United States Postal Service (USPS).
We also offer, UPS and FEDEX services.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipments
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified
Domestic Delivery Times
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days (most ship within 24 hours).Most shipments are delivered within 3 to 10 days of ship date (our statistics show an average delivery time of 6 days, west coast shipments usually take the longest), however, occasionally USPS takes more than two weeks to deliver a shipment.
Priority Mail shipments are usually delivered within 2 to 4 days of ship date and are fairly consistent. However, we have on rare occasions had Priority Mail shipments take more than one week to be delivered.
Make sure you use the correct zip code and include PO Box # if applicable.
International Shipments
Canada & Mexico
Delivery Time:
USPS lists the delivery time as 6-10 days for Priority Mail International. They are not all that consistent at meeting this, so you should be prepared for longer delivery times.
Additional Fees:
Customer is responsible for any applicable import fees. Canadian customers may need to pay taxes (GST and PST) and a processing fee (usually $5 CDN) to their post office.
International shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Package Tracking for Canada, Mexico and rest of world
Although the USPS provides online package tracking, once the package leaves US borders, order tracking will not be updated. Instead, you will need to contact your customs and track your packaging using your domestic tracking number provided by customs.
Rest of World
Additional address and delivery information.Some country's address information does not fit in well with the online order form. If you need to add or clarify your address information, just reply to the confirmation email you will receive after placing your order. Type your properly formatted address in the email and we will match it up with your online order.

USPS lists the delivery time as 6-10 days for Priority Mail International. They are not all that consistent at meeting this, so you should be prepared for longer delivery times.Most international customers receive their shipments within 2 weeks, however additional delays sometimes occur within the destination country (occasionally we have had International shipments take up to six weeks to be delivered). Processing of international shipments vary from country to country, in most cases the shipment is held at the local post office and a notice is sent to the recipient requesting that the package be picked up and any applicable customs fees or taxes be paid. If you have not received your shipment within a couple of weeks, we recommend checking with your local post office or customs authority to verify the applicable process for your area and to see if they are holding your shipment.

Return Policy:
